Our Range of Bulk Frozen Seafood Packs

Our blast frozen fresh South Australian products provide flexibility to those in country regions, for those that need larger volumes and or flexibility of individual fillets. All fish is fresh cut and blast frozen in an IQF (individually quick frozen) format. Simply drop our packs to create movement of the product. This then allows for individual fillets to be thawed.

Our packs are all 5 kilograms in weight. Species include King George Whiting, garfish, mulloway, and flathead. All South Australian sourced, directly from our fishermen. We also offer South Australian King prawns in 5-kilogram boxes. Species are all seasonal and prices adjust due to time of year, supply, and conditions so enquire for specific details on individual products.
